Recently we have been preparing for 'Global Week' at Nottingham Trent University, which will be held on March 2nd - March 6th! Global week is an award winning celebration of the rich cultural diversity across all three campuses of the university, where we will get the chance to have our own stall for the entire week, conducting fun 'global themed' activities with students, as well as hopefully selling some Elefair products!
Throughout the week there will be a colourful festival of food, music, dance, cinema and drama from around the globe, and is a great way to learn about new cultures and sample new experiences!
We have lots of exciting themes for our stall and lots of fun activities planned, including making Nepalese Tihar lights and making South American rain sticks and we are currently in the process of developing these ideas and purchasing materials to make these activities possible. We can't wait to have a whole week of fun 'global themed' arts and crafts so pop along and see us at Nottingham Trent University from March 2nd - March 6th if you'd like to join in with the fun! :D
